Getting Help
	Submit an Issue Submit your issue online with ResolveIT.
	Request a Change or Enhancement Submit your request online with the Service Request Form.
	Walk-in Location and hours of the Service Desk. Remember: Backup your data before you bring the ThinkPad to the Service Desk. Your WFU ID card is required for ThinkPad pickup. Your WFU ID card is required for IS Building access after 5PM and on weekends.
