using regular print films. The prints were scanned with an
Apple Color OneScanner and Ofoto 2.0.2.
Adobe PhotoShop 3.0.4
was used to
digital enchance the photos.
2D computer graphics were drawn in Adobe Illustrator 5.5,
Lotus' Freelance Graphics for Windows 2.1, or Wordstar's PhotoFinish 3.0.
(There appears to be a problem with saving files in GIF format within
PhotoFinish 3.0, so they were converted into GIF format with LView Pro 1.B.)
Transparent and Interlaced GIFs are done by WinGIF 1.4, LView Pro 1B,
or Transparency 1.0

Videos were taped on a SONY CCD-F501 8mm video camcorder.
They were digitized into QuickTime format on a Power Macintosh
6100/60AV using Fusion Recorder 1.0.2. The final movies were composed in
Adobe Premiere 4.0.

are used for backup.
An APC SmartUPS 1250 is used for the main SGI server.
PowerChute Plus for UNIX v4.2.1 will eventually be installed.
An APC Back-UPS 450 Uninterruptable Power Supply with PowerChute 2.0.1
software is used for power management and automatic server shutdown
