keyboard/IME available in CHS/CHT under IME2007

Do no uninstall Pinyin IME 2007, New ChangJie/Phonetic, you have to use the install disc to reinstall. Unlike in 2002/2003, you can just add those back anything if you remove them.

Wubi86, Wubi98 etc. are no longer available.
