Reflection

"Education begins the gentleman, but reading, good company and reflection must finish him."-John Locke

I believe that reflection is one of the most important aspects of effective teaching. I will strive to reflect on each of my students learning each day and think carefully about how well they are understanding concepts. The way I reflect on how things are going in my classroom is directly linked to my growth as a professional, and I will do my best to work well within the environment I am a part of and actively pursue all opportunities and ways to constantly improve the way I teach.
