Leadership

I believe it is extremely important for me to be a leader not only as a teacher in my classroom, but a leader in my school environment among the staff and administration. I promise to take responsibility for each of my student's well-being and progress to ensure that they are as successful as possible. I will do my best to ensure their preparation to be a competent and prepared 21st Century learner. As I lead in my classroom I will use a variety of sources to set goals and assess students well in a safe and orderly environment that inspires studetns to become lifelong, engaged learners.

As I continue in my journey in the education field I will be a leader in the school by collaborating positively in the learning community by developing goals to help improve the school and supporting the other teachers I work with. I will advocate for positive changes in the school system that encourage what is best for parents and students, and also strive to lead in improvements in the teaching profession. As I do all of this I will beheave honestly and fairly and promote diginity and the utmost respect for others.

Making a connection between the classroom and the student's home life is very important to me. This is a newsletter that I created using Microsoft Publisher. Click here to view my newsletter.
