Hello! My name is Susan Walters. Welcome to my Web site!
I am a junior at Wake Forest University, where I am working towards a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Spanish. I was born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where I lived until I moved to Winston-Salem to attend Wake Forest in 2006. As a part of my classes in the Wake Forest Education department I have spent time observing in several elementary schools in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County school system, including a first grade classroom and a second grade classroom. Observing in these classrooms was a wonderful opportunity that gave me invaluable experience that I will be able to use in my future classrooms.
These diverse classroom settings also provided exceptional experiences for me to observe great teachers in action and learn how to teach in different grade levels. I am very passionate about teaching and cannot wait to guide your children in their educational journey!
