Teachers assess and analyze student learning in a variety of ways to meet individuals' needs, improve instruction, and increase achievement. They demonstrate practice in innovative research-based ideas and theories and seek to conduct research of their own to improve teaching and learning in their own classrooms and in the global education community.
To reflect on my teaching, I will keep written and video portfolios to assess lesson plans, methods, and data to constantly improve my strategies and student achievement. I also plan to continue to grow professionally by putting new research into practice to remain at the forefront of the field.
