Leaders are more powerful role models when they learn than when they teach.

-Rosabeth Moss Kantor

In order make sure that I am doing an efficient job of teaching my students, it is importnat for me to reflect on my own teaching. One very important aspect of teaching is to make sure you are aware of how your students are learning. By collecting and analyzing information about my student's performance I will improve my teaching and my student's success. As a future teacher, it is important to learn from my peers teaching around me and therefore I am going to use them as teaching aids to help make my class better for my students.

Here is my reflection on a lesson that I did for a third grade class in Spring of 2009 on what makes up a good community.
