In order to display leadership within their classrooms, we as teachers are willing to take responsibility for all students' learning. We must be willing to work with other teachers in the school in order to create a professional learning community for their students but always looking further to improve the school. I will strive to improve areas in my teaching for the overall success of my students. Making an impression in the classroom and home is very important for teachers to practice. A goal of mine is going to be to empower and motivate my students to want to learn not only in the present but also to become life long learners.
