In order to assure that all my students feel welcome and comfortable I must be willing to work hard to create an environment that is inviting, respectful, supportive, inclusive and flexible. I am going to make sure all my students feel supported and respected in my classroom. By displaying a diverse amount of information, students of different backgrounds are able to to relate and feel that others may be able to understand them better.
I want all of my students to feel like they are in a comfortable atmosphere so therefore I am going to make sure that I demonstrate knowledge of diverse cultures. Also, I am going to be very open and willing to consider and incorporate many differnt opinions into my lessons so that all of my students feel welcome and able to learn in my classroom.
