My main goal this school year is to motivate my students to learn to their fullest potential. In order to do this, I will explore various ways to improve the achievement of every individual. By reflecting on student performance daily, I will be able to discover the most effective ways to instruct. With an open mind, I will consider new notions of learning and will be able to determine the highest quality of teaching for my class.
