A leader is fair. A leader is ethical. A leader is honest. A leader is loyal. A leader is compassionate. A leader is visionary. By serving as an advocate to these extraordinary qualities, the students in my class will become the leaders that today’s society is in dire need of.

Due to the competitiveness found in today's society, motivation is crucial to be able to succeed. By encouraging the students in my classroom, I will ensure that they will progress drastically throughout the course of the school year. I will adequately assess and observe them, and be able to pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses of every individual to help them achieve their goals. By collaboratively working with fellow faculty members, I will provide my students with an environment conducive to teaching and that encourages a longing to learn. I will participate in decision-making that will positively change the school and improve the teaching profession.
