Hello everyone, my name is Jimena Pizarro and I am really looking forward to this coming year. I am originally from Mexico City, but currently reside in Miami, FL. I am a junior at Wake Forest University with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in French and Art History. Being a teacher has always been a dream of mine; the idea of having the ability to positively affect lives has captivated me for many years.
It was once uttered by the Greek philosopher, Aristotle, "All who have meditated on the art of governing mankind have been convinced that the fate of empires depends on the education of youth." The words of this wise and reverend individual reflect the undeniably imperative necessity of a good and solid education.
My main goal is to make sure your child develops mentally, emotionally, academically, and socially. So I welcome you to Rutgers Elementary and I know that with your help I will succeed.
