Oh, yes, why Warren Buffett and Bill Gates - and the insipid spinning
$20 bill? This is a course about the building block of modern
capitalism, the private business organization. The best-known
examplar is the corporation, which brings together specialized labor
and dispersed capital in a for-profit association.
Consider this question. Back when Bill Gates started
Microsoft and was looking for start-up money, and when Warren Buffett started
Bershire Hathaway and was looking for value investments, what terms would
the contract between financier Warren Buffett and entrepreneur Bill Gates
have included? What are the essential elements of every business
organization?
