Adding designates to a Steltor Calender Resource

If you have an existing Netscape Calendar "resource," here is how to allow additional people to use it.

1. Select Calendar from the start menu. If it is not there, use Windows Explorer in Program Files to find Steltor>Corporate Time>CTime32.exe. Run this.
2. That will open the following login window. For "User Name" enter "res:ResourceNameGivenByIS" and for Password, the password given by IS. Click OK.
3. Select Options > Access Rights.
4. Use the search tool to locate the exact names in the calendar database of the persons you want to add.
5. Select the access privileges you want each person to have. In my use, I have given each person full access rights.

Those that you have added do not need to be able to log on as a resource as above. Instead, they should follow the kind of procedureI have described in Accessing the Reynolds Candidates calendar.
