REFLECTION
Reflection is crucial for effective teaching and learning. It is important that teachers think systematically and critically about learning, constantly questioning their teaching methods and coming up with ways to improve student achievement. Educational strategies and technology are constantly changing, and it is vital that teachers keep up with these changes to assure that their students are equipped with 21st century skills and knowledge following the State Board of Education, so that all students are able to succeed and grow professionally. In order to be a successful teacher I will enthusiastically explore and reflect on new ideas that improve teaching and learning, and will make any changes necessary to enhance the learning process.
