As your children's teacher I promise to take the time to get to know each one of your children individually; to develop a relationship with each student so that I can better plan my lessons and accomodate any special needs they may have. I realize that not every student is the same, or learns in the same way and I will do my best to adapt the classroom and make it a comfortable environment for each and every student. To assure that every students needs are being met I will keep cultural diversity and special needs in mind, collaborate with other coleagues, keep up with evolving research and technology, monitor my students to make sure my teaching strategies are effective and be open to modifying them to enhance student learning. Your children are the most important thing to me, and their education, comfort and safety is my number one objective.
