It is my duty as a teacher to analyze and reflect on student performance data (again, student performance data certainly does not only mean written assignments) in order to improve classroom effectiveness. I learn from my students just as my students learn from me; if done properly, reflecting on my classroom observations and, in turn, adjusting or tweaking my "game plan" accordingly ensures that I will continue to grow as a professional teacher all throughout my career.
Take a look at my reflection I wrote in response to the Third Grade lesson I taught on communities.
Here is another reflection I wrote based on my observations of my classmates' lessons.
