My expectations will be set high for each one of my students. Through the teaching strategies and styles that I have learned to be most effective, I am confident that I can lead all of my students to academic success in the classroom and maturity in and out of the classroom. Also, through various means of assessment during the year, I will continually be able to see who is on par and who needs more time to get caught up. These assessments also help me determine whether or not my teaching methods have been effective up to that point and in what areas I need to adjust to better suit the needs of my students. As an educator, I will continue to grow and adapt just like my students; by means of frequent collaboration with my colleagues, constant communication with the families of the students, and involvement in the school's community, I will never become stagnant nor complacent in the field of teaching.
