Areas of Interest :
I use phylogenetic tools to understand historical biogeography of the northern hemisphere, morphological and molecular evolution, phylogeography and species boundaries, particularly in taxa with a circumboreal or circumpolar distribution. I am also interested in issues related to scientific collections and the application of emerging technologies in classroom teaching.
