Hello and welcome to my educational website! My name is Lindsay Gardner and I am currently a junior at Wake Forest University studying elementary education. I grew up in Maryland and moved to Manhattan Beach, California when I was seven years old and have lived there ever since.  Living right outside of downtown Los Angeles has intrigued me to become an elementary teacher in an inner city school.  I have been working in various diverse classrooms in Winston-Salem, North Carolina for the past two years. I have completed field work at Downtown Elementary School in second and third grade classrooms, as well as in a fourth/fifth grade academically gifted classroom at Ashley Elementary School.  Through my experiences with different age levels as well as different school settings it has prepared me for my future in diverse schools and classrooms.  Through these experiences I have grown as a person and gained so much knowledge about teaching.  I am excited and passionate about furthering my career in education. Please feel free to visit again soon and cheek out my new updates as I continue on my journey as an educator!
