Time and Place
The IsoSeries 7 Springs race will be on May 9th, 2009. The location of the race will be in and around Hanging Rock State Park. More information will be available after the new year about camping/hotels before the race start.
Disciplines:
Biking: Road, Fireroad and Singletracks. Don't worry, there will be hills: 30-40 miles.
Paddling: Flatwater, Moving Water, Class I-I+ rapids, 10-15 miles.
Trekking: 10 miles. Bring a change of socks and shoes for after the race
IsoSeries Forum, ask questions here, look for teammates, swap stories, etc.

Individual:
Food and drink for 12 hours. There are a couple stores along the course, but we can't guarantee they'll be open

PFD (while on boat)

Team Gear:
Bike Repair Kit (patches, extra tubes, bike tools)
Waterproof map case (or something to keep map dry)
Medical Kit:
Tweezers, anti-inflammatory (1 dose per team member), 3" "ace" bandage, 4" gauze square, Charged Cell Phone, Emergency Blanket

Bailing tool for canoe/kayak (cutout gallon jug works)
