As a lifelong learner, I must continuously reflect on my teaching in order to grow professionally. Researching both in and out of the classroom will help improve my knowledge of content and my pedagogy. My peers and colleagues are a vast resource for my improvement and growth as a teacher, and I will not hesitate to ask for their advice and recommendations. The Education Department instilled the habit of reflection in me, and I have come to understand the importance of continuous reflection as a means to grow.
