As a teacher, it is crucial to be a leader in the school, classroom, and community as well as to be a role model for my students. I will be an advocate for my students while maintaining a safe and effective classroom environment. It is also extremely important to uphold high ethical standards inside and out of the classroom to model appropriate behavior for my students.
