I completed my Associate of Science from Gainesville College before attending North Georgia College & State University. There I completed my Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in Mathematics. From there I performed all of my graduate work to date in physics at the University of Tennessee.
Upon moving back to Georgia, I accepted an adjunct faculty position with the Department of Physics at North Georgia & State University. I taught introductory physics as well as astronomy courses. For the next two years I taught various science courses at North Forsyth High School in Georgia.
I am currently the Instructional Resources Manager for the Department of Physics at Wake Forest University. My duties are widely varied but include set-up, repair, and development of instructional laboratories and lecture demonstrations. I also serve on the departments web commitee and manage much of the department's web site.
