According to the North Carolina National Teacher Standards, teachers analyze student learning, link professional growth to their professional goals, and function effectively in a complex, dynamic enivornment. Reflection plays a mjaor part in the classroom, your students are a reflection of your teaching. I am going to meet the needs of every student in their growth to a 21st century education. These students need to be able to properly educated to be able to succeed in the real world today. And they will reflect on what I do. I am gonig to be up to date in all the new advances that the teaching world has to offer to help with the growth of students and am willing to take any revisions necessary to be the best teacher that I can be.
