Professor Boko has been the recipient of several grants. The most recent ones are:

2006-2007--ACC Faculty Development Grant. Title: Post-conflict Reconciliation and Reconstruction in Africa (with Craig Brookins of NC State). Amount: $75,000. Funds used to lead a group of faculty and researchers from the 12 ACC universities and colleges to Rwanda, Uganda, and South Africa to conduct a comparative analysis of the reconciliation and reconstruction processes in the 3 countries.

2004-2005-- Wake Forest University Social, Behavioral and Economic Sciences Research Fund. Title: Modeling and Estimating Technical Progress and Endogenous Growth in Africa. Amount: $10,000. Funds used to conduct field research in Ghana, and Benin.
