Reflection
To continually reflect is to always improve.

Not only are my students learning and gaining knowledge during their time in the classroom, I am as well. In order to accurately assess the individual improvements of my children, I will take the necessary time and effort to collect and analyze my students' work. I will also use this information to assess my own teaching methods and modify my techniques to ensure that I am providing the best instruction possible. My teaching will always be growing and developing as I gain new experiences in the classroom and learn from fellow teachers as well as from my students.
Here is a reflection of a lesson I taught in a 3rd grade classroom. I also reflected upon my colleagues' lessons in the field.
