Upon accessing this site, students are given the opportunity to choose foods from various drop down menus which will then appear on their "plates" on the screen. Students can then decide how they would like to rate their plates based on four options: The Food Guide Pyramid, The Dietary Guidelines, the Nutrition Facts Label, and nutrient analysis. This would serve as a nice exploration activity for students when learning about nutrition and dietary needs.
