As a professional teacher, I want to be able to consider new ideas that can improve both my teaching and student learning on a regular basis. I believe it will be important for me to collaborate with fellow colleagues, participate in continued, professional development, and actively investigate and ponder new instructional approaches. To improve effectiveness from day-to-day, I will persistently collect and analyze student performance data and revise lesson plans in order to meet the needs of diverse groups of students.
