Wake Forest Law Professor Timothy Davis will give an introduction to Title IX followed by Glenn George from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill law school, who will discuss allegations of reverse discrimination in the implementation of Title IX's governing regulations. Also featured will be Barbara Osborne, associate professor in the exercise and sport science department of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Jill Pilgrim, general counsel for the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA). A roundtable forum of the speakers will conclude the program from noon to 1 pm.
