Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Activist in Residence Announced: Patricia Willis

The Women's & Gender Studies is pleased to welcome back Patricia Willis as the Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Activist in Residence. Pat was the Visiting Professor for WGS in the Spring of 2007. Willis' research interests center on Women's Human Rights according to the United Nations conventions and local and global social movements. She received her Ph.D. at State University of New York in Albany and is the coeditor of the Journal of International Women's Studies on Women's Bodies, Gender Analysis and Feminist Politics at the Forum Social Mundial.
