The film explains that diverse social, economic and political factors often play a part in that decision. Panel participants will be Michaelle Browers, assistant professor of political science; Deepa Kumar, visiting instructor in the communication department; Ulrike Wiethaus, associate professor of humanities; and Cynthia Villagomez, assistant professor of history.
