There are a number of on-campus resources that provide technology related guidance and assistance to faculty members.
Instructional Toolbox
ITG Instructional Toolbox provides a way "for faculty to quickly learn about new technologies and how they can promote meaningful learning."
Instructional Technologists (ITG)
The mission of the Instructional Technology Group is to provide faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences discipline-focused expertise in technology tools, procedures and resources to support the teaching and research mission of the College.
The ITG website and the ITG Wiki are two sites that provide information for faculty and staff members related to their WFU issued ThinkPads and general computing. Each academic department at the University has an Instructional Technologist available to assist faculty members with their technology questions and concerns. Instructional Technologists provide consultations and/or training on technology and discipline-specific matters for individuals, small groups, classes, departments and larger campus constituents as needed. The Instructional Technologist is typically the first person a faculty member should contact with questions or concerns of a technological nature. Information Systems
Information Systems provides a number of technology support services for faculty, staff, and students. The Information Systems Service Portal provides a plethora of information on computing at Wake Forest University for faculty, students, and staff.
ZSR Library
The Z. Smith Reynolds Library offers tools for instruction and collaborative work. These tools can be used for instruction, committee work, student groups, and any other interactive need you have.
