THE 110 Introduction to Theater



Leah Elyce Roy
Leah originally hails from Minnesota but comes to Wake Forest via Montana and Wisconsin. She received her BFA from the University of Montana in Missoula and subsequently spent a year touring nationally with the Montana Repertory Theatre. She graduated with an MFA in Acting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she also had the pleasure of working with the Madison Repertory Theatre. She then went on to an
international tour with Shenandoah Shakespeare. Favorite roles have included: Viola in Twelfth Night, both Petra and Charlotte in A Little Night Music, Agave in The Bacchae, Guildenstern in both Hamlet and Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead and Constance in Three Musketeers. Her research interests include voice and body integration, actor mental health, non-traditional training techniques and Asian stage discipline.
