• Tuition and Registration Fees for Spring 2009 Semester •                                                                                             
Tuition is due on the first day of class and no later than the 2nd class attended.  A $10.00 fee may be assessed for tuition received after this date, unless payment arrangements are made in advance.  Tuition is non-refundable once classes begin.

• Class Attire •                                                                                                                                                                 
            GIRLS:           Black leotard, pink ballet tights, and pink ballets shoes.  Pointe shoes will be discussed
                                    All hair must be secured off of face and neck.  Long hair must be held in bun or coronet.
            BOYS:            Black or dark blue shorts or sweat pants, white T-shirt, white socks, and white ballet shoes.

• Inclement Weather Policy •                                                                                                                                          
Classes are cancelled if Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools are closed or dismissed early due to inclement weather. Class cancellations will also be announced on WFDD and WXII.

• Class Location •                                                                                                                                                            
All classes are in the Scales Fine Arts Center, Dance Studio (room 204). You may use the lobby restroom or dressing room 222 for changing clothes - do not use the faculty restroom, room 217.

• Parking •                                                                                                                                                                        
Use Parking Lot Q located behind the Scales Fine Arts Center, off of Allen Easley Street.  Please observe signs indicating reserved parking for faculty/staff/handicap when parking on campus.

• Guidelines •                                                                                                                                                                   

• Children under 10 years old must be escorted to and from the studio.
• Space around the studio is limited and observation of class is not available.  Parents waiting for a ballet student during class are welcome to wait in the lobby on the first floor. Siblings should not be left unattended.
