Need Training?
The ZSR Library conducts training in the standard software load applications and Blackboard throughout the semester. A link to the current list of classes can be found here.

Resident Technology Advisor (RTA)
For assistance with computing issues in your residence hall, contact your Resident Technology Advisor (RTA) or call 758-RTAS.

Help Desk Lite
Assistance is just a few steps away from your classroom or residence hall in the Z. Smith Reynolds Library Information Technology Center. On-site staff is available 7 – 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday during the fall and spring semesters. Self-service and a Help Desk hotline are available all other library hours.
