If you are having a problem of any kind with the multimedia equipment on campus or become aware of a broken or missing piece of equipment, call the Information Systems Help Desk at 758-HELP (4357) to speak to a consultant.

It is best to contact the Help Desk and not a member of the multimedia staff directly in order to ensure a prompt and accurate response to multimedia issues.

If you need help using the classroom multimedia equipment in a particular room, instructions for most rooms are available here. If further help is needed in the operation of the equipment, contact the Help Desk and tell the consultant you would like to request training. You will be contacted directly by a member of the multimedia team in order to schedule a training session.
