a project manager. If you are unable to determine which project
manager is responsible for the project(s) affecting your area, please

Under the general direction of the Program
Link Steering Committee, Project Managers serve as leaders for
the implementation of their particular components of the overall
solution. The scope of their responsibilities is outlined in their
respective project charters, developed in coordination with their
