Timeline

The implementation of Program Link will involve tightly coordinated simultaneous efforts to bring new systems into production. Below is a high-level timeline for some of the major milestones within Program Link.

This timeline is not comprehensive. It does not include every significant date, and does not include every project associated with Program Link. More specific information about the projects below will be available from individual project teams as the timelines are refined.

Banner Admissions system goes into operation.

January 1, 2005

Banner Human Resources/Payroll system goes into operation.

March 21, 2005

Banner Student Registration system goes into operation.

April 1, 2005

Banner Account Receivables system goes into operation.

April 8 , 2005

Banner Financial Aid system goes into operation.

July 1, 2005

DataStream Facilities Managment system goes into operation.

July 1, 2005

Banner Finance system goes into operation.

July 15, 2005

Banner Advancement system goes into operation.

September 26, 2005

RMS Housing and Judicial systems go into operation

August 17, 2006

Reynolda House moves onto Program Link.

December 31, 2006

Hewlett-Packard terminates support for old administrative computing hardware.
