Program Link, which is directed through the Project Management
Office in Information Systems, consists of multiple projects,
including most University offices and departments. Currently,
this initiative includes implementation of the following
applications:
Project managers for
each project are working closely together on integration points
among these projects and on coordination of schedules, since
many staff throughout the University may be involved in more
than one project. Training schedules will be developed as
part of the project plans. Training and information sessions
will be available, as needed, for everyone whose jobs require
use of these applications and for faculty, staff, and students
who will use online services associated with these projects.
