Purchases made though the Online and Catalog department, or by customers who are not local or convenient to any of the Wake Forest University Stores, are always welcome to return or exchange items by mail.

Exceptions: Sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund (unless defective).

Guidelines for Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges by Mail

• When sending us your return or exchange, please enclose a
  note in the package with your name and telephone number in
  case we need to contact you.
• Avoid delays by clearly indicating which items you wish to
  exchange, and remember to note the size you want. Include any
  circumstantial information, such as whether you'd be willing to
  accept a similar item in the event of an out-of-stock, or if there is
  a problem with the item.
• In the event of a shipping error, defective goods, or any other error
  on our behalf, we reimburse your return shipping as seen on the
  postage of your package.
• There will be a $7.00 re-shipping charge for items exchanged by
  mail, (unless of course the exchange is a result of a problem on
  behalf of us.) You can pay this amount by enclosing a check, or
  your VISA or Mastercard number.
• This re-shipping charge does not apply to returns.
