Walkway in front of the Carrousel Arc De Triomphe (1806-7) leading to
the Tuileries, to the Place de la Concorde, a three thousand year old
obelisk on the spot occupied by the guillotine during the Great
Revolution, and in line with Napoleon's Chaillot Arc De Triomphe
(1806-36).
