International Travel Clinic

Are you planning a trip to Kenya, Istanbul, Calcutta, Mexico City or other international destinations? The Student Health Service offers a travel advisory clinic with vaccine requirements, health issues, political information, and basic self care while traveling. We will talk to individuals or groups by appointment. Most vaccines and medications necessary for travel are available on campus at the Student Health Service.

In order for us to help you with your trip, please fill out our International Travel Itinerary Form. A copy is available online, or you may come to the Student Health Service (Mackie Health Center, ground level Reynolds Gymnasium) to pick up a copy. Someone will contact you when your information has been reviewed to make an appointment for you to discuss your itinerary in more detail with one of our nurses. There is a $25 charge for an individual consultation. There are additional charges for vaccines and medications provided by the Student Health Service.

If your are traveling with a group, the student advisor or staff/faculty advisor should set up a group appointment. A member of the Health Service staff will meet with the group and provide the necessary information. There is no charge for group travel information sessions.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Travel Clinic Nurse at the numbers listed below or by e-mail.
