Laboratory

The Wake Forest University Student Health Service Laboratory offers lab testing for students seen by a clinician at the Student Health Service. Lab testing can also be provided for students who have a written requisition for specific tests from their personal physician.

The charges for lab tests are more than reasonable and much less than hospital or area labs would charge.

We offer in-house tests for Group A Strep, Mono, Influenza, and Pregnancy, to name a few. We also send specimens to our reference laboratory for tests that are not available at the Student Health Service.

The Wake Forest University Student Health Service Laboratory has passed inspections by HCFA and is certified as compliant with all CLIA regulations.
