HOW TO BECOME A REVIEWER

Volunteering to review proposals for the programs to which you may be interested in applying and for the journals that you read is simple - just send your CV with a cover letter to the program officer or editor.

At the NEH, for example, click on How do I become a panelist or peer reviewer? At NIH, find information on the peer review process and links to review group rosters.
