Welcome to the Wake Forest University Army ROTC Home Page. The ROTC program is designed to train the future leaders of our nation's Army. It teaches students how to make decisions, shapes their leadership and management skills and prepares them to LEAD. Many of the "Fortune 500" companies hire former officers for key leadership positions. The ROTC program here at WFU is the host school for it's two partnership schools, Winston-Salem State University and Salem College. Academic classes are taught at each campus but leadership labs are held at WFU. Students can register and attend ROTC classes for the first two years without any obligation to the Army, however, students incur an obligation to the Army in the last two years (Junior and Senior) of their ROTC classes.
