The Wake Forest SAT/ACT decision in Local and National News

Numerous newspapers and magazines around the country have reported on Wake Forest's decision to no longer require the SAT or ACT for undergraduate admission since the new policy was announced in May.

Wake Forest University offers virtual interviews for admissions

Using a webcam, a microphone and the Internet, some students applying to Wake Forest University can now sit in their living rooms at home and have a “face-to-face” conversation with an admissions counselor at the university. Read more

Wake Forest makes standardized tests optional in admissions

Beginning with the freshman class of 2009, Wake Forest University will make college entrance examinations optional for admission.   Wake Forest will become the only top 30 national university with a test-optional policy. Read More
