Event Application Request FormDepending on the nature of the event, several application forms may be required by the University. The request below will give the University Police enough information to send you the proper forms for your event. Please complete and submit the form below to have the Event Packet mailed to you. You may also pick up an Event Packet at the Special Events Office, 305 Reynolda Hall. Wake Forest University Policy Governing Use Of Property and Grounds Groups and organizations may use Wake Forest University property, grounds, streets, and other designated areas, etc. for activities such as bike races, fun runs, road races, walk-a-thons, car washes, parades, demonstrations, fund-raising events, etc. with proper approval. Any activity must reflect the mission and values of Wake Forest University. The University reserves the right to deny permission for events or activities that are deemed inappropriate or interfere with other Wake Forest University activities.
