Community meetings scheduled to discuss WFU campus master plan
March 14, 2008
Wake Forest University has scheduled two public meetings in April to discuss the campus master plan under development.
The first meeting will be held at 6 p.m. April 2 in Benson University Center, Room 409. The second meeting will be held at 11 a.m. April 3 in Benson University Center, Pugh Auditorium. Both meetings are scheduled for one hour.
The meetings are intended to give students, faculty, staff, neighbors and others updates on the plan’s progress and to offer them an opportunity to make comments and ask questions.
Last fall, Wake Forest began a master planning process to determine the campus’ current and future needs. The plan addresses space needs as well as issues related to traffic and parking, the environment and sustainability, and utility infrastructure.
